WELCOME

This web site provides a self-assessment program that people can use to discretely monitor their own emotional wellbeing.

We at Safety In Mind understand the stresses and pressures associated with modern day work and life in general and can appreciate the reluctance many people feel to reach out for help in times of need. We know that individuals who identify and seek early assistance for their emotional distress and who take responsibility for their own wellbeing are less likely to experience long term psychological difficulties.

One of the major advantages to the Safety In Mind approach is that it enables you to accurately and discretely assess your psychological wellbeing and then allows you to make up your own mind about where you should go for further assistance, be it your organisations Employee Assistance Program provider, your preferred Medical Practitioner or any one of the numerous other support and assistance services that are available. You can even print out and take a copy of your results with you.

All you need to complete a quick, valid and confidential self-assessment is access to the internet and a unique password supplied by your employer (or your spouse's) or Safety In Mind.
